I never seem to be able to keep my routine while traveling :( though I never give up! Will take my yoga mat next time and see how it works. Fingers crossed

I like to blend in the place I visit and try to adapt my physical activity with whatever the place has to offer. Like surfing if I go to the beach, or hiking to the mountain or simply walking like crazy if it is a city! That kind of thing :)

I always carry my yoga mat when I travel, mostly because I tend to leave home for long periods of time and sort of establish myself elsewhere, meaning I am all about keeping my health routines rolling! Yoga, indoor gym exercises and finding a running circuit.

I'm all about yoga! I carry my mat with me as you suggested, it is light and doesn't take up too much space and I can practice it almost anywhere, I only have to move the furniture around a little in the worst scenario. It keeps me balanced, present and active :)
