Can we use sweet potato in lieu of pimpkin?

Excellent. Making this for the second time in the last week. I did use the 1/2 almond flour, added the clove and it did take considerably longer, closer to an hour in large loaf pan. Used monk fruit sweetener instead of the white sugar. thanks for a great recipe!
